Ariel's Journey

Ariel is a working mom and found it tough to find time to focus on her health, yet her health was not in a good place. Her doctor recommended SNH and Ariel knew she needed to take action.  “𝙄 𝙬𝙖𝙨 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙜𝙜𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜. 𝙄 𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙𝙣’𝙩 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙢𝙮𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛 𝙩𝙤 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙨 𝙣𝙪𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙤𝙧 𝙥𝙝𝙮𝙨𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮, 𝙄 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙚𝙭𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙥𝙪𝙨𝙝 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙄 𝙜𝙤𝙩 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙅𝙪𝙡𝙞𝙚.”

In the first few weeks, Ariel’s sugar and snack cravings disappeared and were replaced with mindful snacking. This change was possible because together we identified her hunger cues. We worked on bringing in healthier options throughout the day. 

The outcome, besides weight loss, “𝙄 𝙖𝙢 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙢𝙮 𝙙𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜. 𝙅𝙪𝙡𝙞𝙚 𝙩𝙖𝙪𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙢𝙚  𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙄 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙢𝙮 𝙢𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙨 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙣𝙪𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙚𝙩𝙚.  𝙄 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙢𝙮 𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣, 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙪𝙡𝙨𝙚 𝙤𝙧 𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣. 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙎𝙉𝙃 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢 𝙞𝙨 𝙨𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙞𝙩’𝙨 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚, 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙖 𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙩.”
